Music's newest sensation, Ariana Grande has been winning over the hearts of many with her amazing voice and girl-next-door personality that are both reminiscent of one of her idols. The 20-year-old singer/actress released her debut album Yours Truly this past Tuesday, currently in battle with Tamar Braxton for the top spot. Ariana keeps the momentum going, with the premiere of the anticipated music video for her second single “Baby I.”
The fun-filled visual is reminiscent of the ’90s and early Mariah Carey, who the Florida native is most often compared to. Backed by a troupe of dancers, the pint size cutie rocks some daisy dukes and a cropped top while performing classic ’90s era moves. The all-day party goes from the streets to the roof to a house filled with props as the lovestruck beauty hits notes that some of these Billboard chicks could only dream of.
