Travon's Twitter stream was constantly updated with some entertaining and conflicting results. Travon claimed that it was not a religious conversion and "was born again when I was 16." Travon later implied that the "retirement" from bareback porn was necessary to accept a full-time civil service position.
Travon also said that he may later return to the gay porn industry with his own production company.
TrapBoyy's announcement came at the end of a turbulent year, reported blogger Luckey Star. " He was fired from Black Rayne Productions and dragged by every other porn 'star' on twitter! He made a video blasting his former employer and calling out his former co-stars." The porn star "unleash[ed] venom on his former boss by encouraging people to cancel memberships and instead steal the porn from the internet," added Luckey.
TrapBoyy became the latest gay porn actor to "retire" after a spiritual or religious awakening. "Kidd" announced that he was "saved" and retiring from gay porn in 2011.
