Multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated 90's group SWV are coming to WETV
During the 90's you could not turn on your radio without hearing the "Sisters With Voices," SWV. Cheryl "Coko" Clemens, Leanne "LeLee" Lyons, and Tamara "Taj" Johnson-George dominated Billboard with classics such as "Right Here/Human Nature," "I'm So Into You," "Anything," "You're the One," "Weak," and countless others until their split in 98'.

The group's golden-voiced lead singer Coko went on the pursue a solo career, but did not fair so well. She went back to her roots and released her first gospel album Grateful in 2006, followed by its 2009 followup The Winner In Me.

Last year SWV returned with a new album I Missed Us. The album went straight to #1 on the iTunes R&B albums chart. A year later they are still together and joining the likes of The Braxtons and gospel group Mary Mary on WE TV for their own reality show. According to the networks' senior vice president of original production and development, Lauren Gellert:
"These dynamic women experienced enormous success together, then it all fell apart. United again, the stakes are higher than ever, and so – at times – is the drama and tension. We can’t wait to present this fresh, new series to WE tv viewers."

SWV is one of the best female groups of all time, and while their latest album wasn't a huge success, it was released for the fans of the 90's sensation, and not the masses. Reality shows are all about drama, which can hurt an artist career rather than help it, but if done right, ie: Braxton Family Values, it could  introduce Coko, LeLee, and Taj to a younger demographic--reigniting the general public's interest once again. Afterall Coko still has that amazing voice, and as evident on I Missed Us, the other two member's voices which we didn't hear much of before 2012, are decent as well.
