I don't know what "Pop Princess"Britney Spears' latest obsession is with the word "bitch," but I must admit that I'm loving it.
So far this year mainstream music has been quite the bore, as was clearly evident by this years Video Music Awards. The fall and winter are showing signs of the Apocalypse as all the divas are releasing new music and this gentleman could not be more excited.
First it was Gaga and Katy Perry, and now Britney Spears! The blonde bombshell was forced to debut her new single"Work Bitch" a day early after it leaked online Sunday. Adam Leber, the singer's manager, said it was "disheartening that one bad apple had to spoil our release for the entire fan community."
"Work Bitch" was expected to premiere on Monday night -- Spears had teased fans about the release of the single for weeks via a countdown clock on her website -- but on Sunday morning a low-quality version of the song appeared online. In response to the leak, Spears' camp moved up the radio debut for the official cut to 3 p.m. ET.
Written by Willi.i.am and Sebastian Ingorsso protégé DJ Otto Jettman, among others -- is a full-on club banger with Spears giving fans the secret to her success. " You want a hot body? You want a Bugatti? You want a Maserati? You better work bitch!" she coos in the song's opening lines.
There is no doubt that this single will be a smash, and played in every gay club across the globe. "Work Bitch" follows the June release of "Ooh La La," the lead single to "The Smurfs 2" soundtrack. Earlier this year, Spears scored another Top 5 hit with her Will.i.am collaboration "Scream & Shout."

LISTEN: DJ MISTER CEE SHARES ALL, COMES CLEAN ABOUT HIS STRUGGLES WITH SEXUAL IDENTITY, "OCCASIONALLY I HAVE SEX WITH A TRANSSEXUAL"

So there he was on the air the following morning, getting a loving and concerned third degree from Ebro Darden, the program director for Hot 97 (WQHT 97.1 FM), the station where Mister Cee, 47, has worked for two decades. The sober and wrenching conversation lasted about a half-hour, all of it eye-opening.
In its detail and bluntness the talk became not just a discussion about one man’s personal struggles but also an intense and public conversation about hip-hop and sexuality.
“I am tired of trying to do something or be something that I’m not,” Mister Cee said. “I’m tired. I’m tired.”
He initially insisted that he wasn’t gay, but later, revisiting the subject, said, “Even with me saying that, I know I’m still in denial.”

This reflects a generational shift in attitudes in the culture at large, a slight change in the class positioning of hip-hop’s mainstream, and a broadening of hip-hop’s fan base. Antigay sentiment has long been part of that world — two decades ago there were virtual witch hunts to root out rappers who might be gay — but as hip-hop becomes more central to pop culture, its values are evolving. It’s no longer tenable for hip-hop to be an island.
Mister Cee, born Calvin Lebrun, treated the interview as a confession and an unburdening, speaking with a frankness essentially unheard-of in the genre. He wept several times. He said that his Caribbean heritage made it even more difficult to come to terms with his sexuality. And he fretted about the future.
Implicitly, Mister Cee was addressing how he thought these two parts of himself — his sexual identity and his hip-hop celebrity as a radio and club D.J. — couldn’t coexist.
Some of his concerns were practical: “Am I still going to get bookings? Is the promoter still going to book me if I say, ‘Yeah, occasionally I have fellatio with a transsexual?’ ”
That question underscored not only the genre’s history of intolerance, but also the fundamental conundrum of hip-hop D.J.’s — they are omnipresent but largely anonymous. That’s true especially of Mister Cee, who for a time was a Zelig figure in New York hip-hop: the D.J. for Big Daddy Kane and an affiliate of the influential 1980s outfit the Juice Crew; the man who reworked the Notorious B.I.G.’s demo tape and helped get it in the hands of Sean Combs; a significant mixtape D.J. in the 1990s; and a steady presence at Hot 97, one of the most important rap stations in the country.
He is the station’s institutional memory and its living link to history, its one reliable purveyor of hip-hop classics. And he’s the D.J. who takes it upon himself to memorialize the dead. Listen to his mixes celebrating the life of Heavy D, or Big L, or as he did on Friday afternoon’s show, Tupac Shakur — they are things of erudition and love.
But even with that résumé, Mister Cee feared he could be replaced, that his scandal could become the thing that defined him, and in a flash, undo him.
“God forgives — I hope y’all do too,” he posted on his Instagram account after resigning.
A decade ago the conversation between Mister Cee and Mr. Darden would have been unthinkable. But there was Mr. Darden assuring Mister Cee, “There’s nothing wrong with being who you are,” and at one point encouraging him by exclaiming, “You’re free, Cee!”
Mr. Darden has emerged as a fascinating figure over the last year, a program director who has become something of a moral beacon. He has been a testy combatant in wars of words with personalities from Power 105.1 FM (WWPR), New York’s other hip-hop station; a peacemaker between Nicki Minaj and Peter Rosenberg, the on-air personality who publicly attacked her; and now the blocker clearing a path for Mister Cee’s acceptance.
By embracing Mister Cee unreservedly, by publicly showing in no uncertain terms that he is worthy of love, and by insisting he belonged on the air, Mr. Darden took an implicit stand on behalf of Hot 97, and maybe by extension, of hip-hop. He answered Mister Cee’s bravery with tolerance, a loud rebuke to those who might prefer to keep hip-hop difference-free.
A radio station is, generally speaking, neutral territory — songs are played, personalities are a bit bland. But Mr. Darden’s behavior reframed Hot 97 as an ideological institution, not just a musical one. He gave Mister Cee a safe space in which to be all the parts of himself.
On Thursday afternoon, following the urging of Mr. Darden during the morning interview, Mister Cee had un-resigned. He was back in his noon time slot, playing defiant songs interspersed with grateful ones — Jadakiss’s “The Champ Is Here,” Maino’s “Hi Hater,” AZ’s “I’m Back.” “Let me just live my life/Just leave me alone,” he rapped along with one Cam’ron song. In between songs, he barked out the details of the clubs where he’d be spinning in the coming days.
“The truth will set you free,” he said. “I know it now.”
Near the end of his hour, he switched from hip-hop to classic soul. “If you’re down and out, if you’re struggling, if you think you can’t overcome something, maybe this record may lift you up like it lifted me up last night when I listened to it,” he said before playing Sly and the Family Stone’s “You Can Make It if You Try.”
Following that with that group’s exuberant anthem “Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin),” Mister Cee was sending a clear message: He had been supporting others for so long. Now, finally, he was the subject of his own tribute. [NY TIMES]
I don't ever blame a man for not wanting to reveal his sexuality or his sexual preferences before he is ready because I understand the struggle and fear behind the decision. What I do have a problem with is Bimbo Winehouse releasing this audio for 15-minutes of unpaid fame, without any regard for this man's personal and professional life.
Doesn't Bimbo, a befitting name, understand that in some cases people die because of situations like this. Whose to say Mister Cee won't have someone come after him, assault him, or murder him? Either way, the Hip-Hop veteran deserves love and appreciation from the Black and Hip-Hop community, and hopefully his previous work will outshine this scandal.

WATCH: DMX SPEAKS ON RECENT STREAKING INCIDENT, "I GOT A BIG ASS DICK AND I LIKE TO SHOW IT"
DMX needs to be washed in the blood of Jesus.
Last Monday the internet was blazing with new footage of former Hip-Hop heavyweight DMX running around a Michigan hotel butt naked, dick swinging and all.
The footage shows the rapper running naked laps around the hallway. It begins with him walking around a hotel hallway in just his boxer shorts, socks and house arrest ankle bracelet, while a hotel employee removes room service from one of the rooms on the floor. All of a sudden, X ducks behind a corner with a mischievous grin on his face--drops his shorts--and launches into a full ass naked, dong-out sprint.
"What do you mean what was I doing streaking? I got a big ass dick and I like to show it," X told a photographer when asked about his recent hotel incident. "It was a dare, it was a dare. It was a dare. I don't have a parole officer."
"DMX was [at] a Detroit hotel with his DJ (DJ NonStop) and his road manager (Montana) before his performance with Eve and Lil Kim on August 31st. X and the team were killing time at the hotel before the concert and dared each other to streak in the hallway. No one was aware that security cameras were rolling and it was just a playful dare between friends."
It was just last month that the rapper was arrested in South Carolina, where once again Nati a representative for the rapper, had to come to his defense.
"DMX was driving in the passenger seat when the vehicle he was in was pulled over last night. Although officers pulled them over for a minor traffic violation, DMX was asked to step outside so they can search the vehicle," Domenick Nati told SOHH via statement. "Officers then claimed that they found bags of marijuana in the floorboard and arrested X. No drugs were found on DMX or the other passengers and the alleged bags of marijuana were never shown to DMX or the other passengers. DMX was released this morning at approximately 11am EST and is back at his home in South Carolina."
The platinum-selling rapper is reportedly set to appear on "The Dr. Phil" show today, which if this interview goes anything the episode of Iyanla, this should make for some good entertainment. He's way too old to be taking dares, he's 42!

A study from the British Medical Journal found that men who had the highest frequency of orgasms had a death rate 50% lower than those who did not ejaculate frequently. Goodbye, wrinkles.
VITAMIN DICK LEADS TO LESS STRESS, BETTER BLOOD PRESSURE
Having sex could lower your stress and your blood pressure.
That finding comes from a Scottish study of 24 women and 22 men who kept records of their sexual activity. The researchers put them in stressful situations -- such as speaking in public and doing math out loud -- and checked their blood pressure.
People who'd had sex responded better to stress than those who engaged in other sexual behaviors or abstained.
Another study found that diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number of your blood pressure) tends to be lower in people who live together and have sex often.
VITAMIN DICK BOOSTS IMMUNITY
Having sex once or twice a week has been linked with higher levels of an antibody called immunoglobulin A, or IgA, which can protect you from getting colds and other infections.
A Wilkes University study had 112 college students keep records of how often they had sex and also provide saliva samples for the study. Those who had sex once or twice a week had higher levels of IgA than other students.
VITAMIN DICK CAN LEAD TO WEIGHT LOSS
Thirty minutes of sex burns 85 calories or more. It may not sound like much, but it adds up: Forty-two half-hour sessions will burn 3,570 calories, more than enough to lose a pound. Doubling up, you could drop that pound in 21 hour-long sessions.
"Sex is a great mode of exercise," Los Angeles sexologist Patti Britton says. It takes both physical and psychological work, though, to do it well, she says.

A 20-year-long British study shows that men who had sex two or more times a week were half as likely to have a fatal heart attack than men who had sex less than once a month.
And although some older folks may worry that sex could cause a stroke, the study found no link between how often men had sex and how likely they were to have a stroke.

University of Texas researchers found that boosting self-esteem was one of 237 reasons people have sex.
That finding makes sense to sex, marriage, and family therapist Gina Ogden. She also says that those who already have self-esteem say they sometimes have sex to feel even better.
"One of the reasons people say they have sex is to feel good about themselves," she says. "Great sex begins with self-esteem. If the sex is loving, connected, and what you want, it raises it."
Of course, you don't have to have lots of sex to feel good about yourself. Your self-esteem is all about you -- not someone else. But if you're already feeling good about yourself, a great sex life may help you feel even better.
VITAMIN DICK LEADS TO DEEPER INTIMACY
Having sex and orgasms boosts levels of the hormone oxytocin, the so-called love hormone, which helps people bond and build trust.
In a study of 59 women, researchers checked their oxytocin levels before and after the women hugged their partners. The women had higher oxytocin levels if they had more of that physical contact with their partner.
Higher oxytocin levels have also been linked with a feeling of generosity. So snuggle up -- it might help you feel more generous toward your partner.
VITAMIN DICK CAN LESSEN PAIN
Oxytocin also boosts your body's painkillers, called endorphins. Headache, arthritis pain, or PMS symptoms may improve after sex.
In one study, 48 people inhaled oxytocin vapor and then had their fingers pricked. The oxytocin increased their pain threshold by more than half, meaning they sensed pain at a higher threshold or were more tolerant of pain.
MORE EJACULATIONS, LESS CHANCE OF DEVELOPING CANCER
Research shows that frequent ejaculations, especially in 20-something men, may lower the risk of getting prostate cancer later in life.
A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that men who had 21 or more ejaculations a month were less likely to get prostate cancer than those who had four to seven ejaculations per month.
The study doesn't prove that ejaculations were the only factor that mattered. Many things affect a person's odds of developing cancer. But when the researchers took that into consideration, the findings still held.

The oxytocin released during orgasm also helps sleep, research shows.
Getting enough sleep has also been linked with a host of other health benefits, such as a healthy weight and better blood pressure. That's something to think about, especially if you've been wondering why your guy can be active one minute and snoring the next.

British model David McIntosh left high school at the age of 16 to serve his country. Shortly thereafter he became a wrestler on the UK's version of the American show Gladiators, where he performed under the stage name "Tornado." The six-foot native of Altrincham, England--was a marine for seven years before taking the role on the now canceled show.

When speaking of his occupation David once revealed, "Out here you could be killed any minute, but I wouldn't change my job for the world. Gladiators was good, but the money wasn't." If you go by reports, McIntosh may come off as a hot-head, allegedly getting into multiple brawls in nightclubs, but in his latest interview with Krave Fit--he is quite the gentleman. In the interview he discusses his personal sense of style, what he finds most attractive about women, his workout regimen, and more.

DM: My work out routine is crazy. I couldn't explain it! But I hit the gym about 5 times a week and try and eat all organic produce. Fresh vegetable juices are a great way of keeping lean.

DM: Short gym shorts. Their exceptional for squatting in so so maneuverable.
DM: Wearing some tight ass pants that when I sat down they ripped. Damn my muscular thighs damn youuuuu!!!!
KF: What do you get complimented about the most?
DM: ....ummm my manners. Yes women say I'm so well mannered they would just love to have my children.
KF: What's been the craziest thing a fan has done to get your attention?
DM: I have a stalker that is so crazy its unreal! She changed her name on networking sites to my last name, sent me a video of her nephew and niece saying "hello uncle David" and singing me a song. She has even threatend to kill me because I won't marry her! Yes this is all just the minor stuff, it gets worse.
KF: What are 5 dating tips you would give men?
DM:
1-Invest in a good aftershave
2-Pretend everything she says is interesting
3-If she don't offer to pay the second time around kick her to the curb
4-Compliments go down well but make them unusual something that maybe someone hasn't complimented on her before
5-Don't be plain and boring or afraid to show her your different side if you're a cheeky person be cheeky.
KF: What are you using on your skin?
DM: Now I'm very big of Dermalogica and also Kiehls they have wicked products but recently I've just bought some new stuff from Austrailia, the eye-cream cost me $190 so I guess it's good right!?
