FILMING IN ADULT INDUSTRY RESUMES AFTER ROD DAILY AND TWO OTHER PORN STARS TEXT POSITIVE FOR HIV
Gay porn actor Rod Daily announced on Twitter that he was indeed HIV positive

A two-week moratorium on professional adult films ends today after three actors were found to have tested positive for HIV.

Adult film industry trade group, Free Speech Coalition (FSC), requires all performers to test on or after Thursday, to be cleared to work. Additionally, the industry is revising its sexually transmitted disease testing protocols to require performers to test every 14 days, in contrast to the previous policy requiring testing every 28 days.

The change in policy comes after three performers tested positive for HIV, beginning with a 28-year-old actress who goes by the screen name Cameron Bay. Shortly after Bay tested positive,Rod Daily, another adult actor and Bay’s real-life boyfriend used Twitter to announce that he too had tested positive. Days later FSC announced that a third performer, not yet identified, had also tested positive.

No additional incidences of HIV have surfaced, and subsequent tests of the stars’ scene partners established that the virus was not transmitted on set. In addition, FSC’s Performer Availability Screening Service (PASS) worked closely with the infected performers to identify the 1st generation exposures. The program also plans to work with doctors, workplace safety specialists and performers to support a performer education program.

Despite the new measures taken, critics of the adult film industry claim the incident continues to show that film producers are not doing enough to protect performers.

"Whether or not [Bay] was infected on set, she performed with HIV between her tests," AIDS Healthcare Foundation President Michael Weinstein said last week, reports Los Angeles Times.

AIDS Healthcare Foundation backed a California state bill requiring adult film actors wear condoms during shoots, but State Sen. Isadore Hall's bill died in committee last week.

In response to such industry critics, Chief Executive Diane Duke contended that the current testing protocols have worked to prevent transmissions on set.

“We can do more to help our performers learn how to protect themselves, on screen and off,” Duke stated on the group’s website. “While the increased testing will further ensure safer sets, it is important that we remain vigilant. Going forward, we need to constantly look to both performers, producers and health care professionals to find ways to improve our protocols.”

Today, September 20, marks 15 days since the third actor tested positive. According to FSC, the window period for the HIV RNA Aptima test is seven to 10 days, yet industry protocols now dictate that retests occur 14 days or later as an added precaution.

OUT MAGAZINE'S 'OUT 100' FEATURES LGBT TRAILBLAZERS OF COLOR: LEE DANIELS, JANET MOCK, BRITTNEY GRINER, TARRELL ALVIN MCCRANEY AND MORE

Out-magazine-out-100-schoneseelen

2013's Out 100 list is one of the most diverse that I've seen in a long time, with several people of color being highlighted. LGBT trailblazers such as Janet Mock, Tarrell Alvin McCraney, Laverne Cox, Brittney Griner, Kyler Broadus, Shayne Oliver, Kyle Abraham, Billy Porter and of course Lee Daniels.

Daniels who is currently developing a gay-interracial action hero movie, was elected to be featured on one of the four-collectible covers.

LEE DANIELS-ARTIST OF THE YEAR
Studying the history of slavery for his movie The Butler, Daniels was struck time and again by a simple observation: “The slaves who were laughing on the boats from Africa were the only ones who survived; those on the plantations laughing and singing were the ones who survived.” The director, lolling against a pile of cushions on his bed, throws a glance to see if his words have landed. “That’s how we made this movie — by bringing laughter into ordinary places, because that’s how we see life.” More particularly, it’s how Daniels sees life. In Lee Daniels’ The Butler, as in his earlier movie Precious, scenes of the most abject suffering are interspersed with moments of levity and camp that puncture the tension.

Whether you feel comfortable laughing during a movie that documents the lives of the marginalized may depend on where you stand. “When I first tested Precious, it was at the Magic Johnson Theater in Harlem, for an all-black audience, and it played like a comedy,” Daniels says. “And when I played it for a white audience in Sundance, you could hear a pin drop.”

That Daniels has found a cinematic language that speaks to black and white audiences is part of what makes him — a black, gay director — unique. As a child growing up in Philadelphia, he experienced both worlds, first as a beat-upon gay kid in an impoverished black neighborhood, then as a beat-upon black kid in a privileged white neighborhood. “I learned to train my bowel movements, my piss, so that I wouldn’t have to go to the bathroom all through school,” he recalls. “And then I’d run home.”

Although he plays it down, Daniels’s childhood was fogged by the kind of family dysfunction and struggle that animates his movies. He remembers his father — a cop who was killed during a raid on a Philly bar when Daniels was 15 — dumping him in a trash can after catching him in his mother’s red pumps. “When I came out it was because I loathed my dad so much — I couldn’t understand how you could, with an extension cord, beat a 45-pound kid just because he’s aware of his femininity,” he says. “For me it really created a world where I understood Precious, where you learn the power of the imagination. And that’s how it began for me.”

The narrative of Daniels’s hard-living, hard-working life is a movie in itself, and maybe one day he’ll make it. He watched lovers die of AIDS in his arms (“I was HIV-negative when everyone around me was dying — I should be dead”), hit rock bottom on crystal meth, and came by his two adopted kids in an unlikely way: after his brother was jailed. “He called and said, ‘I’m going to be there for a long time; I got this girl pregnant, she doesn’t want the kids, and I have a feeling she’s going to abandon them.’ ” No wonder he doesn’t feel comfortable in the slick, oily culture of Los Angeles. “In L.A. they make you feel insecure, like you’re always looking at the stars and you feel like you’re not one of them,” he says. “You feel like, ‘I’m nothing.’ It was what my father told me I was, and I knew I had to get out of there.”

But the man who has already won Oscars for his movies Monster’s Ball (which he produced) and Precious is aware that his insecurities are an inseparable part of his talent. “It’s always when things are really good for me that I feel I’m not worthy of it,” he says. “When Halle [Berry] won her Oscar [for Monster’s Ball], I remember her calling, saying, ‘Are you going to the Vanity Fair party?’ and I’m strung out in the Chateau Marmont, methed out of my mind, thinking I didn’t deserve it.” He pauses.

“I have to be really aware of it, and always talking about it — and be truthful about it to the point of ugliness so that it keeps my ass in check.”

LAVERNE COX-READERS' CHOICE
When Laverne Cox was a child, her mother gave her and her twin brother a Black History book, a gift she remembers carrying around with her wherever she went until it was ragged. She was infatuated with one of its photographs in particular, a shot of 1960s opera singer Leontyne Price. “She was wearing this turban and was just so regal and beautiful, and she had big, full lips like me, and I just connected,” Cox recalls. “She was the first internationally renowned black opera singer during a very turbulent time for black folks, but through her art she really made it better for all the black opera singers that followed her. When I was a kid, I dreamed that with my life, maybe I could make things better for the people who might follow me.”

With her role on this summer’s acclaimed Netflix juggernaut Orange Is the New Black, she’s realized that dream. Cox’s performance as Sophia Burset, a trans inmate in a women’s prison fighting to secure the hormones necessary to complete her transition, is less a breakout than it is a breakthrough. As the only transgender actress playing a series regular on television, she brings refreshing depth to a character that a decade ago might have been a punchline, or dead within the series’ opening moments. Sophia is the tough, quick-witted, resourceful hairstylist who makes her own slippers from duct tape; she’s also heartbroken and vulnerable, terrified for her future. Much of the show’s third episode, directed by Jodie Foster, was devoted to Sophia’s memories of her troubled past, her struggle to sustain a relationship with her wife and young son through her gender reassignment process (Cox’s twin brother, M. Lamar, plays Sophia before her surgery). In Cox’s hands, it proved to be one of the most touching, genuine story lines to air this year. “As a trans woman of color, I’ve often looked for my story in the media and I haven’t seen it, or I’ve seen sensationalized, exploitative images of trans women of color, where they’ve been the victim of a crime,” says Cox, who also spent a good chunk of her year traveling the country to speak out about transgender rights. “It’s wonderful to have this very human story about this trans woman that people are really connecting with.”

TARELL ALVIN MCCRANEY-PLAYWRIGHT
“I don’t know if people of gay, lesbian, or queer status are more active dreamers than others,” McCraney says, “but when you are sort of pressed to have an inner world to yourself, you populate it with some fantastic people and things.”

Even before he was named a MacArthur “Genius Grant” recipient, the extraordinarily gifted writer was having a pretty great year with all those stories he’d been crafting for the stage. McCraney’s latest play, Head of Passes, had its world premiere at Chicago’s Steppenwolf Theatre, where he’s an ensemble member; Choir Boy had critically acclaimed productions in both London and New York City; and he received Yale’s prestigious Windham-Campbell Literature Prize.

McCraney, who writes primarily about the Southern African-American experience, says he has always “been scripting my life the way I wanted it to be in my mind, rather than the way it was happening.”

KYLE ABRAHAM-CHOREOGRAPHER AND DANCER
Since 2006, Abraham and his company, Abraham.In.Motion, have used personal experiences to create some of the most impressive contemporary dance to come out of New York. Using hip-hop, classical music, and themes of struggle — be it family, illness, or gay history — Abraham has brought his avant-garde approach to original productions such as The Radio Show, A Ramp to Paradise, and an urbanized reimagining of Pinocchio. His originality has not gone un-noticed: Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater commissioned a work from him, and he just received a MacArthur “Genius Grant.”

BILLY PORTER-ACTOR
After many years away from the Great White Way stage, Porter returned with a vengeance, starring as Lola in Kinky Boots, the Harvey Fierstein–Cyndi Lauper show for which he won his first Tony Award, for Best Actor in a Musical. Although he has to wear sparkly, thigh- high boots and belt out diva-worthy ballads eight nights a week, Porter is basking in the power he has to connect with audiences from the Broadway stage.

“There are many parallels between Lola and myself — mainly the idea of being an outsider and holding on to who you are,” he says. “I think the joy and the pleasure of Kinky Boots is that it transcends sexuality, it transcends stereotypes, and it transcends fear, which I think motivates a lot of the bigotry and homophobia that exists in the world. It’s nice to reach people at a human level.”

As a board member of the Empire State Pride Agenda, he’s been working to spread marriage equality to a wider audience; now he finally has the biggest platform of his life. “I wanted to represent, but I didn’t think that marriage equality was something that mattered to me, until it actually happened,” he explains. “I used to live in a world and in a space where I didn’t think that my love mattered, and so my behavior was representative of that. I’m thankful that this is happening, because it’s causing me to look inward and to respect myself more. And to respect my love.”

JANET MOCK-ADVOCATE AND AUTHOR
“My dream started by seeing Clair Huxtable on The Cosby Show,” says Mock. “I wanted to be her; I wanted to be beautiful, be successful, and maybe have a great family and a brownstone in Brooklyn.” As she explained in her contribution to the “It Gets Better” project, “My gender was my very first ‘This I know for sure’ moment, as Oprah likes to call it.”

After coming out as a transgender woman in a 2011 Marie Claire essay — her first act of trans advocacy — Mock launched #GirlsLikeUs, a wildly successful Twitter campaign that works to empower trans women. In June, she joined the Arcus Foundation’s board of directors and is currently touring the nation to talk about her experience and speak out against transphobia. Her memoir, Redefining Realness, the first memoir from a young trans person, will be published in February.

BRITTNEY GRINER-BASKETBALL STAR
It’s been a banner year for Phoenix Mercury center Brittney Griner. She completed her senior year at Baylor by setting a NCAA record — for both men and women — by blocking 748 shots; she was the WNBA’s No. 1 draft pick; and she announced to the world that she’s a lesbian. “I knew once I went pro that I wanted to come out because I wanted to work with LGBT youth — to let them know it’s OK,” she says. “To younger girls and boys I would say, ‘It’s never too late —  you can come out at your own time, but it’s definitely rewarding knowing you can be who you are and have a good support group around you. It makes your life 100 times better.”

KYLER BROADUS-LAWYER
Broadus, who last year became the first openly transgender person to testify before the U.S. Senate, is an acclaimed lawyer and speaker who in September was made the head of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force’s Transgender Civil Rights Project. The founder of the Trans People of Color Coalition and a law professor at Lincoln University in Missouri, he told his story of workplace harassment during his transition as part of his Senate testimony.

SHAYNE OLIVER-FASHION DESIGNER
This September, Oliver, the 25-year-old creator of Hood by Air, received a stamp of approval that many young designers long for: Kanye West sitting frontrow at his runway show. “I’m at the first steps of living the dream for myself,” Oliver says. “This is just the beginning. I think now I’m able to dream larger.”

Launched as a minimalist T-shirt line in 2006, HBA has enjoyed the endorsement of the hip-hop scene to become gospel to the “ghetto gothic” generation. “I don’t plan on stopping until I stop dreaming,” Oliver says.

It’s 7am on the last day in Palm Springs. Joey, being a personal trainer and up at 7am to workout everyday anyway, sticks with his routine even while on vacation. Rey wakes up (to the alarm that Joey had set for himself—whoops) and figured since he’s up, he may as well join him. After getting all hot, sweaty and horny, it’s time to help the environment by showering together… and take care of some morning wood. Some blow jobs in the shower leads to Rey dragging Joey into the bedroom to get fucked silly. Nothing says ‘Goodbye Palm Springs’ like a good morning workout and fuck.

By the time they were done fucking, everyone was packed up and ready to head home. After the exhausting weekend, everyone pretty much slept the whole way back, so we didn’t get much footage on the way home. But be sure to check out all of the behind the scenes footage at the end of the full video!

THE MISTAKES GAY MEN SHOULD AVOID, TO NOT GET CAUGHT CHEATING

$

gay-relationships-schoneseelen

So you've been thinking about it for some time now. That guy you met at the bar the other night. The muscle head at the gym on Wednesday who asked you to spot him, and then gave you his number in case you ever needed a "workout" workout partner. The coworker who doesn't work in your department, but makes it a point to maneuver his way towards your desk to spark up a conversation about the most meaningless shit. Yes the temptation has been driving you wild, and although you've got a man at home, your hormones are on fire, and unfortunately the only way to calm them down is to have sex with someone new, someone who isn't your boyfriend.

Cheating is the ultimate taboo, and if you are the transgressor the word evokes feelings of excitement, momentary pleasure, secrecy, lies, guilt, disappointment, and self-gratification. Cheating is an act of selfishness, but sometimes our desires have to take number one priority, while our caveman tendencies unknowingly guide us into sometimes unforgivable circumstances. Studies show that 72% of those who cheat have been cheated on, and that most men cheat to fulfill their sexual fantasies.

No matter how happy we are in a relationship, when hard times come, almost everyone has thought once or twice, about what it would be like to be with someone else, and for some the appeal of their fantasies are too hot to ignore. Before you even step out on your partner, there are things you need to know, common mistakes made by men that need to be addressed, as to ensure your affair goes with you to the grave. Or at least until the love the two of you once shared turns into hate and before throwing up the deuces, you can scream, "Bitch that's why I cheated on you!"

One of the easiest places to find a potential is on the internet. It's easy to snap a photo, upload it, create a quick bio, and wait for the wild-pack to come to you, but be careful as computers store every move you make, something known as your web browser history. Whether the computer is one that you share with your lover or your own personal laptop, it is always important to erase your steps, as you never know why your partner may need to use your computer. Hell you may carelessly forget that you've been visiting Adam4Adam on the low, and hand him your computer, he strokes the letter "A" with his index finger, and your search engine immediately picks up on the forbidden site. No matter what, cover all of your tracks, at all times.

One of the easiest ways to prevent someone else from viewing your browser history is to use "private browsing". On many browsers there is a built-in "Privacy Mode" that will assist you in your devious ways. Be sure to delete all usernames and passwords to all accounts related to cheating before logging off of your PC.

Another way to easily get caught is through a cell phone. While many phones have locks on them that prevent others from snooping, when you're in a relationship sometimes we share our passwords with our lovers, or through snooping over our shoulders, they learn the codes to our main line of communication with "potentials". If you still own a house phone, never-ever use that line to make a late night run-through. Landlines don't have a locking system on them, so if you live with your man, or he's over visiting, that phone rings, and the voice on the other line says, "Hey baby," you are in deep shit.

When it comes to cell phones, although the majority of them can be set in "security mode", always delete two things, your call log, and your text messages. Our phones are usually attached to our hips, but every now and then we may drop them, they fall out of our pockets, and are left at our lover's house, so it's important to keep it locked, and deleted. Once you read a text message, delete it immediately thereafter, leaving no evidence behind. Cell phone providers such as Sprint even make it possible for you to block someone from calling you, and yet allow them to still send you text messages. In cases where your boyfriend may be in the same vicinity as you, text messaging is valuable because it allows you to carry on a conversation, set up plans to meet, and remain under the radar, without having to go into another room. Just remember to delete the messages as soon as the conversation is over.

If you are in a relationship where you share a bank account with your man, never use a shared credit card to pay for anything related to the affair.Your best bet is to get a pre-paid debit card, and load it up with enough money to cover hotel expenses, dinner, drinks, and a little extra cash for other incidentals. If you are drawing money from a shared bank account to load onto the pre-paid card, never draw too much money out at once. Withdraw a little here, and a little there, as to not tip your lover off into inquiring about the large sums of money that you are withdrawing from the account, and what your intentions are with using them. Keep the pre-paid card in a safe place, and by safe I don't mean your wallet, or your glove compartment, but rather your desk or locker at work.

Never tell anyone about your secret affair, whether it be your friends, coworkers, or family members because once your lover becomes suspicious, he will go through whoever he has to, to get the information he needs. Many times we believe that our best-friends have our backs, but you never know when a snake is lying in the grass, waiting for the perfect time to sink his fangs into your situation, and poison everything you've worked so hard on keeping quarantined.

One of the easiest ways to find someone to cheat with is online, but beware of the information and photos you post in your profile. If you are going to post a photo, it is best to post one that only shows your torso, or ones of your genitals, or buttocks. If you have any beauty marks, or tattoos in those areas, cover them up any way you can, whether it be with Photo Shop, or tattoo makeup, it will save you the trouble of one of your man's friends seeing your profile online, and identifying you by that tatt on your thigh. Also when creating a profile embellish your stats just a little, so if you're 160lbs, type that you are 165lbs. If you're 6'0", post that you are 6'1", this way it diverts any searches that are specifically designed to find you.

It is also a good rule of thumb to make a profile on multiple sites, as to attract as many men as possible. Some men may be flakes, so you need backups who are as equally ready to have intercourse when you want it.

Another wise decision would be to choose someone to cheat with who does not live in the same city as you, preferably someone who is from a neighboring state. This is smart because it lessens the chance that you will run into that person while out on a romantic date, or while out at the club with your boyfriend. You never know what some men will do, if they will approach you while you're out with your lover, even if they are perfectly aware of your situation. Some people believe that it is better to have an affair with someone who has just as much to lose as you do. Therefore they are more likely to assist you in keeping the deceit between the sheets, a confidential agreement between the two of you.

When you've been with someone for a long time, they begin to learn your patterns, the way you do things, and what your priorities are. If you've been with a guy for two years, and have never stepped foot into a gym, a GNC, or the one to have a cabinet full of protein bars, don't begin to do so out of the blue. Instead, incorporate your lover into your new regimen, ask them to join you in going to the gym, or eating a certain diet. This way if they choose to leave you to your "new fitness" lifestyle, it won't tip them off that you are working out to impress someone else.

Also don't change your personality, becoming increasing critical of your boyfriend, or being overly sentimental. If you've never been the one to send flowers to your man on a regular, don't start now, as they will begin to wonder what has brought about such a change. If you are feeling guilty about having an affair, either regroup and figure out a less obvious way to ease and subside that guilt, or simply stop having an affair.

Another reason lovers begin to suspect their partners of cheating is due to changes in the bedroom. If the two of you are used to having sex two or three times a day, and now it's two or three times a week, without any reason such as work, suspicions may arise. The same goes for introducing new moves into the bedroom. Keep the freaky things you do with your friend-lover separate from those you do with the love of your life.

If you once used a specific brand and style of condoms, don't switch it up one day, as this could cause red flags. If you and your partner have a sexual relationship where condoms are never used, don't be a fool like Chad Johnson, purchase them, and hide them in your car, the same automobile that your boyfriend gets into when you take him out for dinner. Instead insist that the person you are carrying on the affair with, purchase protection, that way the condoms are stored at their residence, and there are no traces of evidence left behind anywhere near your kingdom.

Finally, don't get so hooked on the ass or dick that you decide to up and leave your partner for the other person. Sure they seem a lot better than the one you're with, and borderline perfect, because you only spend a minimal amount of time with them. Go ahead, leave your current boyfriend for the one you were cheating on him with, and I bet you will end up in the same fucked up situation, or one that's even greater. No relationship is perfect, it's just all smoke an mirrors with your secret gentleman.

A lot of people don't understand cheating, and thinks it's as easy as, "If you don't want to be with someone, just leave them," but relationships are more complicated than those eleven words. And with people cheating for reasons such as:
  • Some people have a fear of commitment/ intimacy and so they may cheat to keep themselves from getting too attached, to avoid being controlled, or to avoid feelings of suffocation.
  • A lack of monogamous examples in one's childhood can affect how they view relationships. If someone was raised by a single mother who always had men coming in and out of her life, the child may grow up to think that-that is the norm. If a child sees their father continuously cheating on their mother, but they never see the consequences of such actions, they may deem his behavior as something that is acceptable for men to do.
  • Opportunity is probably the simplest reason as some men cheat just because they could.
  • Sexual dissatisfaction in a relationship or lack of intimacy.
  • A low self-esteem. Some men seek out sex as a means of validating their attractiveness or self-worth.
  • Sexual addiction, someone who cannot control their impulses, sexual abuse, or the inclusion of alcohol and drugs which may impair one's judgement.
  • A means to get back at their partner for something they have done, whether it was sexual or non-sexual.
  • Unfulfillment in ones' relationship, feeling unwanted or unloved creating an emotional distance. When someone feels an emotional disconnect, they will seek refuge elsewhere, and that could lead to physical infidelity.
  • Social pressure, the media idealizes gay culture as being all about sex, influencing some men's decisions.
  • Boredom
  • Lack of gay role models, friends, or relatives who are monogamous.
Who are we to judge.

Last month a Georgia mother was left with plenty of unanswered questions after discovering her son had been murdered in California. 2,000 miles away, Iris Flowers said her son was found in Death Valley, California with all of his internal organs missing.

Ryan Singleton, a 24-year-old aspiring model, left Atlanta in early July and headed off to follow his dreams of becoming an actor in Hollywood. While on his way to California, Singleton made stops in New Mexico, Arizona and Las Vegas before going missing in Baker, California.

“He went to Las Vegas during a weekend visit and got missing in Baker, California on the way back,” said Flowers to George Franco, reporter for Fox 5.

Singleton’s body was discovered on September 21 by a couple of joggers running in the desert near Baker, the city right in between Los Angeles and Vegas.

Police immediately contacted Flowers and explained to her that not only was her son deαd, but his organs were missing.

“There were no organs. He said ‘Ma’am, there were no eyes, there was no heart, there was no lungs, there was no liver, there were no kidneys’”, said Flowers.

A spokesman for the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office told Fox 5 that there is no word on a cause of deαth for Singleton, however the body was badly decomposed and investigators believe animals might have gotten a hold of Singleton’s organs.

The spokesman also exclaimed that the case has been sent to the specialized case division because it needs more attention.

Despite the work on her sons case, Flowers doesn’t believe that her sons organs were tampered with by animals.

“I don’t know of any animal that comes to a body and just picks out certain parts of the body. I don’t think it was animal activity at all,” said Flowers.

Flowers told Fox that Singleton left metro Atlanta early July and traveled to Los Angeles in a rented car. He drove pass New Mexico, Arizona and lastly, Las Vegas.

His car was found a few miles from Baker in Death Valley, California.

Singleton was last seen in a gas station in July near Baker, and his body was found a month later.

The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office has not disclosed when their investigation will be closed.

Back in December of 2012 Singleton had married his partner Kithe Brewster during a private ceremony in New York.

Re-newsit got into contact with the authorities of San Bernardino back in October, and this is what they told him in regards to the investigation of Singleston's death:
I just got off the phone with Sgt. Newport with the San Bernardino Sheriff's department. Sgt. Newport was in charge of the investigation into Ryan Singleton's death.  According to him, Ryan was found on September 21, 2013, in Death Valley, California. After an autopsy was performed and after a thorough investigation, no foul play was determined.  Mrs. Flowers, Ryan's mother, has spoken to Sgt. Newport and has been fully apprised of their findings.  Mr. Singleton's body had been in the desert, exposed to temperatures well over 120 F, and various animals known to scavenge carrion in that area, for approximately one month.  His organs are missing because of the natural postmortem process with a little help from the animal population.

Sgt. Newport advised me that the people who had been with Ryan days before his death were spoken to.  They told investigators that nothing seemed out of the ordinary with Ryan, and investigators found nothing out of the ordinary about them.  Although the autopsy showed no signs of foul play, the toxicology reports have not come back yet, and may not ever come back with significant findings due to the condition of the body.

Mrs. Flowers is asking for funds to return Ryan's body for burial, (please note, I am not taking donations, nor am I encouraging donations to this mother), this much I could verify - if his husband is not going to pay to have the body returned, the expense would be left to her.  That would be a shame, he seems pretty well situated in life.  She is also saying a pathologist needs to examine the body, but a pathologist has examined the body and she was told the results, so I'm not sure why she is adding this unfounded information.

Bottom line - no foul play and Mr. Singleton's organs were scavenged and decomposed through natural processes.  No organ harvesting.  Stop it. Please.
However the rising model's mother believes otherwise.

Since her son's death, She has however been paying close attention to the rising number of cases of people's bodies being found in the desert, with many of them missing organs.

After seeing one of these stories on November 15, Flowers posted via Facebook, "Not in vain! Seems like remains are being found a lot more since my son's story was told to the media. Still I have no answers pertaining to his death. Still waiting for results from investigation."
